A Reiki Usui® session involves the transmission of universal life energy through the practitioner's hands, promoting balance and healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. The client, lying down in a peaceful environment, receives energy that flows to the areas needing harmonization. Sensations such as warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation are common. Reiki can be performed both in person and virtually, allowing for distance healing. This practice complements medical treatments and promotes lasting well-being.
